Returns Policy

Returns
We have a 30 day refund policy. If it is more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Where appropriate it must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you as to whether the refund was approved.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The process may take a few days.

Late or missing refunds
If you are eligible for a refund but haven't received it within a reasonable time, first contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at zedandcouk@gmail.com and return your item to: Stone Cross House, Lower High Street Wadhurst GB TN5 6LP.

Gift Return
If you return an item that was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Stone Cross House, Lower High Street, Wadhurst, East Sussex, TN5 6LP

Shipping costs for orders are non-refundable unless items are faulty. In addition, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for your returns.

Shipping times for exchanges will vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
